Non-Holiday
- No deposit is required for non-holiday boarding reservations.
- All boarding reservations require a credit or debit card to be on file with your account.
- Payment for the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay may be required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- All boarding reservations require a credit or debit card to be on file with your account.
- We reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit at the time you make your holiday boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- 7 days' notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive a full refund.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

Dog Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 14 days from date of purchase.
